The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 114,000 - $142,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $131,000 - $163,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is incentive eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Minimum 3 years in Building Automation.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
