This position focuses on supporting building performance through HVAC, security, and building‑automation systems, using connected services, data analytics, and engineering tools. The role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, configuring software/hardware, and ensuring smooth installation and acceptance of service jobs. A technical foundation and the ability to work across IT, networking, and building‑control environments are essential.
Technical diploma or professional qualification in engineering or a related technical field (HVAC, Security, Controls, IoT).Hands‑on experience servicing HVAC systems (plus Fire, Security, Access, or Alarm systems).Strong understanding of HVAC processes, building‑automation controls, and standard protocols.Knowledge of ICT, networking, IoT, and cybersecurity fundamentals.Ability to read electrical diagrams and understand switching.Strong fault‑finding skills, communication abilities, and customer‑facing professionalism.Fluent English and ability to work in dynamic, evolving technical environments.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
