About the role

  • Four-year accounting/finance degree required; MBA & CPA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience working in accounting/finance positions, with operational experience.
  • Experience with SAP, Digital Dashboards including BI and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Able to quickly understand and explain complex data/issues and distill complex and voluminous data into understandable information.

  • Highly proficient PC skills, especially in Excel, Power Point, and Word

  • P&L Ownership for West and Canada Sub-regions working with RGMs and Commercial Leaders to drive growth
  • Lead the Weekly Pulse, Monthly SRO and Annual planning process
  • Own the monthly close process, providing forecast inputs to NAM BAP Leader & CFO
  • Provide accurate and timely analytics, reports, and insightful observations to managers and executives to increase operational performance across cost management and margin improvement
  • Prepare presentations for management reviews including MBRs, Weekly Pulses, and Monthly close reports.
  • Support Contract Portfolio growth initiatives, managing complex accounting and working with controllership
  • Work closely with program management to increase visibility around utilization, billability, overtime and absorption to unlock financial gains
  • Drive operational rigor working closely with functional owners on renewals and cancellations, billings, and invoicing to limit/eliminate monthly accruals
  • Own Working Capital including cash collections, past due reduction and unbilled balance
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to align operational goals and objectives
