Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 2 at Honeywell

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily shipping and receiving activities ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to schedule shipments and deliveries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and support inventory control processes.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipment documentation and inventory counts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize shipping and receiving workflows.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and shipping software to manage documentation and track shipments.
• Ability to handle shipping logistics including carrier coordination and freight documentation.
• Experience with compliance standards related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

WE VALUE

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
