  • As a Lead Territory Manager
  • Cybersecurity Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will utilize your sales expertise in cybersecurity to develop cutting-edge security solutions specifically designed to address the unique needs of our clients. In this role you will drive sales, identify and generate cybersecurity opportunities focused in Houston.

Our sales approach begins by identifying customer demands before they become challenges. We’re committed to delivering customer success through our comprehensive expertise in software and technology. You will foster client satisfaction and develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc. You will provide education of Honeywell products through technical presentations, seminars and workshops. You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will analyze competitive intelligence and market trends. You will work with Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) to strategically align sellers and customer accounts.

You will report directly to our Sr. Sales Manager, and you’ll be located Houston, and the territory will consist of: Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, and half of New Mexico.

In this role, you will impact the company's growth by targeting key industries such as Energy, Power, Life Sciences, Minerals, & Mining.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success in selling complex security solutions.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas, particularly in the cybersecurity sectors.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity products and solutions, including but not limited to, network security, incident response, and risk management solutions.

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve or exceed an annual quota of $5–$7 million, including setting targets, timelines, and analyzing market trends in the security sector.
  • Business Development: Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities within the cybersecurity market using advanced prospecting techniques and industry intelligence to expand the client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across targeted industry sectors, understanding their unique environments and cybersecurity challenges to serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Solution Customization: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product development) to design and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay current on cybersecurity trends, threats, and compliance requirements; continuously enhance knowledge of products and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrations and Training: Conduct impactful product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to communicate the value of cybersecurity solutions and their role in mitigating operational risks.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and metrics; analyze data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Networking and Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and generate new business leads.
