Quality team provides validation towards all new feature development, with automation frameworks and also enables the Development teams to enable them to test and deploy their changes across environments with focus on Shift-Left Quality. Products to be worked on include Core Azure cloud services.

In this role you will be part of a team of software engineers responsible for the Quality of new products developed, using the test framework for use by HCE Connected Building development teams to build large scale cloud platform offerings and services.

Essential

· Bachelors or master’s degree in information systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering or Computer Science. Desirable

· ISTQB Test Professional Certification

Essential

· 6+ years of experience in Software testing, Integration test and Test Management for On-premise and Cloud programs

· Good understanding of Metrics based management, Agile, Test processes and tools for Cloud testing

· Good knowledge of STLC, Agile framework and test cycle in Agile, test case design and managing defect workflow

· Exposure to industry trends on Test Strategy, Defect management and risk management

· Hands-on Experience in Agentic AI, Test automation, AI testing, Model based testing

· Knowledge of tools like Webdriver.io, Selenium, j Meter, Postman, Azure testing tools

· Good knowledge of Release management based on Schedule and Quality assessment

Desirable

· Experience on Azure Kubernetes, AI Test strategy, high level view of test automation and exposure to different Automation tools

· Enjoy problem solving and attention to detail

· Team player and can work with global teams

· Strong customer focus.

· Self-motivated, goal oriented, determine own work priorities, training requirements, ability to meet deadlines and works well under pressure.

· Learns quickly adapting to new projects, technologies, processes and/or cross industry verticals.
