We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team supporting the Eastbourne site within the Process Technology business in the UK. In this role, you will serve as strategic partner to business leaders, delivering comprehensive HR support that aligns with organizational goals and drives business growth. This role can be also based in Bracknell.

You will play a key role in shaping and executing people strategies focused on talent acquisition and development, employee retention, and engagement, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will span across core HR operations including employee relations, performance management, ensuring compliance and excellence in HR delivery.

You will also have the unique opportunity to support M&A and integration activities as we work to bring the Sundyne UK employees into the Honeywell HR systems, policies, and processes.

Reporting to the Sr. HR Director of Sundyne, you will work on a hybrid 3:2 schedule from one of our Honeywell offices. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement regional HR strategies that support our evolving business needs.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven HR Generalist experience in a multi-site business, with a focus on strong partnership with key stakeholders, coaching, performance management, and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail & data analytics
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the long-term business objectives.
  • Partner across HR&C, including HRS and HRIT on integration activities including payroll and HR policy harmonization, as well as help develop employee communications
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to ensure flawless execution of the staffing process at all levels of the organization.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Deliver compensation, organizational design and strategies for workforce planning, deployment and retention to address the current and future needs of the business while ensuring a diverse workforce, manage employee relations including investigations and conflict resolution.
