About the role
As a **Key Account Manager,**you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening strategic relationships across our key customers at Honeywell Norway. You will focus on developing and expanding existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing wallet share within your portfolio. By leveraging customer insights and pipeline data, you will proactively manage opportunities and improve conversion rates.
You will work closely with partners and end customers to position and grow our Security and Access Control solutions, ensuring long-term value creation and customer satisfaction. Your ability to build trusted relationships, navigate complex sales cycles, and align solutions with customer needs will be critical to delivering sustained business growth and market success.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand business within key accounts for LenelS2 and Honeywell Commercial Security portfolios
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying customer needs and aligning solutions to deliver long-term value
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions and coordinated account strategies
- Analyze account performance, pipeline, and customer data to identify growth opportunities, improve win rates, and maximize account profitability
- Leverage CRM tools to manage account activity, forecast sales performance accurately, and report on revenue growth and customer engagement
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer priorities to proactively position solutions and drive continuous account development
Key skills and qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the physical Security Industry.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management. Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools. Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset. Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Passion for customer success and satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Continuous learning and adaptability

YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
