As a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of complex programs. You will ensure that program objectives are met by facilitating communication across teams, managing schedules, and tracking progress to drive successful program delivery.

You will work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of program execution, contributing to the overall success and competitiveness of Honeywell's projects by ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on estimation and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing complex programs in a corporate environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • PMP certifications
  • State level licenses

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing project charters, risk plans, schedules, and financial targets for successful delivery.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Review contracts and estimates to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Monitor program performance, budgeting, and cost controls, providing regular updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Financial forecasting, working capital control, and delivering the committed P&L.
