About the role
As a Senior HR Services Administrator with Arabic here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering high-quality HR services to our organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing HR operations, managing employee data and records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
In this role, you will impact the organization by leading the operations and implementation of time and attendance systems, streamlining processes, and improving accuracy, resulting in better workforce management and increased productivity.
This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home).Key Responsibilities
- Process HR transactions related to employee onboarding, offboarding, employment status changes, and other HR-related activities
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries
- Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure accurate processing
- Stay up to date with HR laws, regulations, and company policies
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve the efficiency of HR services
- Maintain accurate records of HR transactions and inquiries
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports to monitor HR service performance and identify trends
Key skills and qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations and service delivery
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience managing HR systems and data, with proficiency in HRIS software
