As a Business Systems Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and develop technology solutions to meet those requirements.
You will report directly to our Manager and you’ll work out of our Bangalore, India location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by leveraging your expertise in business systems analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and optimize system functionality.
YOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 2 years of experience in business systems analysis or related role.Strong knowledge of business processes and systems.Experience with system implementation and project management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.WE VALUEBachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. #AERO26
