§ Masters degree in Computer Science or other related field. 5+ years' work experience as a system architect or System Engineer

§ Good knowledge on latest trends and technology in software business, demonstrated ability to learn new technologies

§ Experiences in industrial / building automation domain on energy saving, operation efficiency solutions.

§ Architecture related certification is a plus

§ Process : Iterative/Increment development through prototypes

§ Personal Attributes : Influential, can drive change through the organization in terms of technical solution and choices.

§ Strong presentation and communication skills

§ Participate programs for advanced technology for building management software customer requirements identification, solution concept.

§ Working closely with team on full life cycle product development including requirement analysis, design, implementation and testing

§ Working with project manager to help define functional requirements.

§ Working with technical lead or architect to help define proper architecture, evaluate architecture risks and validate design through walk-through, prototypes and unit testing
