We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Industry Automation team in Sines, Portugal, serving our largest clients for the oil and gas industry sector. The primary purpose of this position is to deliver superior customer satisfaction. Achieve the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex automation equipment and systems.

• 3-5yrs of experience in Automation Systems (DCS, ESD, F&G, PLC, SCADA, etc) engineering, operations, or services support functions within the Industrial automation industry.
• Ideally masters's degree in Engineering or related technical education background in electronics/ electromechanics / industrial automation
• Good in English written/verbal
• Good in Portuguese written/verbal
• Driving license
• Availability to travel in the country and abroad

• Microsoft Patch management solutions (WSUS, MSSC) experience
• Installation, maintenance, technical support of Operating systems experience; Virtual machines
• Previous industry experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Solid background in technology/installation/configuration/troubleshooting of IT systems (software and hardware)
• Knowledge about creation of design documents (Network, Active Directory, IP plan, System settings specification)
• Knowledge about networking/switches/routers and PCs
• Virtualization and Nutanix
