As a Senior Sales Representative at Honeywell Building Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within the building technology sector. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, all while driving the adoption of innovative solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any technical education. Life-Safety (Fire Alarm System, PAVA, CO Detection System), Security Systems (Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Alarm etc) and HVAC/BMS field is preferred.
  • Experienced professional (2-5+ years) with a track record of success in selling Building Technology solutions: Fire Alarm Systems, Security Systems, Building Management Systems, SaaS.
  • Fluent English and Hungarian (must have).
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally, driving license.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful solutions-based client relationships, skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, architects, engineers and end users.
  • Working knowledge of Honeywell competitors within the market.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Focus on solutions scope, like: Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control & Security, BMS – Building Management Systems, SaaS - Software as a Service Solutions, focus on strategic industry verticals, like: Industrial, Pharma, Data Centers, Giga Factories, Defense, others.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, act as the primary point of contact for key clients and manage the overall relationship, understand customer needs and work collaboratively with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Generate leads through various means, including networking, attending industry events, and leveraging social media, qualify leads and assess customer needs to tailor presentations and proposals accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations that clearly articulate the value of Honeywell’s solutions, negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.
  • Work closely with marketing, engineering, and product management teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and market expectations, participate in product development discussions to provide customer insights and feedback.
