The purpose of this role is to lead a group of LSS Field Service Engineers in Slovakia consisting of 7+ highly talented professional engineering staff across the assigned geographical area.
This role reports direct to the Service Business Director (SBD) and matrix reporting line to Field Service Manager (FSM). The Senior Field Service Supervisor is responsible to ensure HPA delivers best in class solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations whilst achieving safety, quality, and schedule goals.

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in electronics, automation or process technologies. Master’s degree preferred.
  • High interest in technology and its evolution, hardware and software (IT)
    Team player
  • 10-12 Years experience in the system engineering, project execution, operations or maintenance functions within the industrial automation industry.
  • Expert knowledge of various control techniques (regular, advanced, optimization, networks).
  • Effective, honest communications capabilities (good written and verbal skills).
  • Fluent in Slovak and English is a must.

Monthly gross salary from4000 EUR. Final salary offer will depend on your experience and qualifications. Incentives and benefits will be part of the offer.

  • Close collaboration with Field Service Manager of assigned region.

  • Manage KPI’s of assigned team members on safety , productivity , Pulsar, time cards, billability, certification.
  • Manage and support the implementation of projects in line with Honeywell objectives including continuous improvement of margin, customer satisfaction, schedule and safety performance.
  • Provide support on asset validation for the assigned region.
  • Actively support and negotiate on-time service contract renewals.
  • Ensure service contract performance.
  • Proactively recommends potential quality and efficiency improvements and shares technical knowledge back to Discipline Communities, the EEX organization and the project team.
  • Mentor employees in your team.
  • Monitor executed work of team members.
  • Adhere to human resource responsibilities (Performance reviews, Development plans).
