Honeywell Aerospace & Defense is modernizing its global ERP backbone through a multi-wave SAP S/4HANA transformation. We are seeking a SAP S/4 Functional Supply Chain Resource to drive global template design, configuration governance, and best-practice adoption across demand planning, material planning (MRP), logistics, and manufacturing integration.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years SAP Supply Chain functional experience.
- 3+ full lifecycle SAP implementations (minimum 1 S/4HANA).
- 5+ years leading supply chain workstreams or global teams.

Strong cross-module integration knowledge (FI, MM, PP, SD).

Preferred Qualifications
- Aerospace & Defense or complex discrete manufacturing experience.
- Experience in global harmonization or carve-out programs.
- Familiarity with embedded analytics and supply chain KPIs.
- Exposure to IBP or advanced planning integration.

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Functional Leadership & Best Practices
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4 Supply Chain solution design workshops.
- Define scalable global templates aligned to SAP S/4 best practices.
- Enforce clean-core principles and minimize unnecessary customization.
- Drive standardization across plants, regions, and business units.
- Serve as functional design authority across multi-wave S/4 deployments.
Configuration Ownership
Demand Planning & Forecast Integration
- Configure demand management and forecast consumption processes.
- Align planning models to S&OP / IBP strategies (where applicable).
- Enable integration between demand signals and supply planning.
- Support scenario-based planning and supply risk mitigation.
Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

Lead configuration of:

MRP types and planning strategies

Lot sizing procedures

Safety stock calculations

Reorder point planning
-
Make-to-stock / make-to-order strategies

Ensure accurate material planning across multi-level BOM structures.

Support high-complexity manufacturing and serialized environments.

Optimize planning parameters to improve inventory turns and service levels.
Logistics & Inventory Management

Batch and serial number management

Warehouse integration

Intercompany stock transfers

Support alignment between logistics and financial postings.

Enable traceability across inbound and outbound supply flows.

Manufacturing & Operations Integration

Production Planning (PP)

Order to Cash (OTC)

Support production order execution and settlement integration.

Align supply planning with financial cost structures.
RICEFW Design & Governance
- Define and review functional requirements for RICEFW objects.
- Author detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
- Partner with Technical Delivery teams to ensure clean-core compliance.
- Participate in design authority and governance reviews.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and cutover readiness.
Data & Master Data Governance

Partner with MDM teams to ensure harmonized:

Vendor master integration

Support data migration validation and mock load cycles.
Ensure planning data integrity and reconciliation accuracy
