We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Advanced Software Engineer with deep expertise in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc.) to join our engineering IT team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions while optimizing our engineering workflows using Atlassian’s suite of tools.

You Must have:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.7+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in DevOps.

Proven experience with Dev Sec Ops tools including Jira (administration and scripting), Confluence, GitHub, and other CI/CD tools.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.We Value:Experience with REST APIs, scripting (e.g., Groovy, Shell), and plugin development for Atlassian tools.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software systems.

Lead the integration and customization of Atlassian tools to support agile development and DevOps practices.

Automate workflows, reporting, and dashboards in Dev Sec Ops tools to improve team productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across the software stack.

Stay current with emerging technologies like AI, MLOps and recommend improvements to existing systems.
