As a Lead Hardware Engineer here at Honeywell, (internally titled _________) you will be a key contributor to the design and development of cutting-edge hardware solutions. YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

6+ years of experience in hardware design and development

Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies

Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools

Experience with hardware testing and validation

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications

Design and develop complex hardware systems, including schematic capture and PCB layout

Perform hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability

Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
