As a Sr Advanced Software Engr here at Honeywell, you will lead a team of software engineers, ensuring successful project execution and high-quality solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet software engineering requirements. You will report directly to our Manager and you’ll work out of our Bengaluru,Karnataka location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Qualification
B.E/B. Tech/M.E/M. Tech in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication/MCA
Minimum 10 years of experience

Skill Sets

Strong expertise C# ASP .Net, MVC, Web Services, REST

• Strong expertise on React and UI technologies like SCSS, HTML, State Management framework
• Experience in MS Azure Cloud Services, Azure Virtual Networks, Azure Storage, Azure Active Directory
• Experience on C# .Net application and MS SQL is needed.
• Experienced in MS Azure Table Storage/ NoSQL, DocumentDB
• Strong design, development and architecture experience in Cloud Services, Micro Services, Event & IOT Hubs, Microsoft .NET, Web Services and hand-on experience in SaaS enabled solutions.
• In-depth design and development experience with minimum of 1 project life cycle on Cloud / SaaS
• Experience in designing highly scalable, fault-tolerant services. Experience with Performance analysis and Fine Tuning is added advantage.
• Experience with working in Agile / SCRUM teams and Scrum Masters are preferred.
• Knowledge or experience of agentic AI would be added advantage
• Having Electrical engineering background is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Building a platform/application for Buildings
• Understand the requirements and lead the module developments by technically leading the team. Work closely with the Architect and the PO to understand the requirements, design, and develop the modules.
• Develop storyboards translated from customer’s requirements.
• Ability to understand and implement the cyber security requirements for cloud.
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
• Prototype, Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable server-side code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Ability to understand Honeywell’s cloud-based offering and its current service model and identify opportunities of reuse.
