Finance Manager

We have an opportunity for a Global Finance Manager to join our Bucharest Romania team. You will Lead and support financial ownership of Global Fixed cost and Indirect spending, identify opportunities to direct and drive our cost to the appropriate levels and ensure costs are accurately matched to the regions / functional areas that are receiving the value. You will work with our CFOs in every Region (e.g. North America, Europe, Pacific etc) to develop and implement business strategies to optimize operational efficiency, cost improvements as well as investigate and review investments to secure and enable growth. Leverage the Global Finance Center (GFC) team based in Romania.

This is Hybrid role, 3 days from Office and 2 days from Home.

**Helping to Transform Buildings to be Safer and More Operationally and Energy Efficient.Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global and Regional leadership & functional teams to provide analytical support that help drive decisions and high areas of concern or opportunity.
  • Lead and support the forecasting and reporting of all Global Fixed Cost processes including Pulse, Estimate/Forecast, Rolling forecasts Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Monthly Operating Review (MOR).
  • Leverage and help develop tools to provide value-add variance and key driver analysis for all regions across by partnering and working closely with the regional financial leaders and regional GMs
  • Drive development of digital self-service tools to simplify service financial reporting and consolidation. Assist in preparation of senior management financial reviews, including preparation of presentation materials, consolidation templates, and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Drive and optimize the MOS and ensure deliverables are well understood functionally aligned and executed to deliver on time. Mentor and supervise junior staff as and when required.

Must Have Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and planning or commercial finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar. Strong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strategic thinking and ability to provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of Project Accounting / Service accounting preferred
