As a Software Engineer 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across various industries. You will report directly to our Senior Engineering Manager and you will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company's ability to deliver high-quality, innovative, and technologically advanced solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Your contributions will enhance operational efficiency and safety across multiple sectors.  You will impact the development of systems/hardware/software solutions for the Flight Systems development team, contributing to the success of our products and solutions.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3 or more years of experience in software engineering.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as systems engineering, software engineering, computer science, or directly related field of study.
• Experience coding in C Programming Language
• Working knowledge in software integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Technical background in software systems.
• Proficiency in software engineering tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with avionics and other aircraft systems
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
