About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist with over 6 years of hands-on experience in data management, particularly within Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in overseeing and maintaining data integrity, especially during complex projects such as mergers and acquisitions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure the highest standards of data quality and consistency across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years of professional experience in data management, with a focus on Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud.
• Proven experience managing data projects during mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, data governance, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale data migration and integration projects.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to data management.
• Certification in Oracle HCM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data management initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security within Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud.
• Oversee end-to-end data processes during mergers and acquisitions, including data migration, integration, and validation.
• Develop and enforce data maintenance protocols to ensure ongoing data quality and compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-related requirements and implement best practices for data governance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues, providing timely solutions to maintain seamless business operations.
• Document data management procedures and provide training to relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Experienced in handling project such as mergers and acquisitions
