As a CX (Customer Experience) Senior Technical training professional at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to shape the customer experience strategy and drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your expertise in technical training and your ability to support technical requests from our customers will be crucial in optimizing our customer experience programs and driving growth in our business .
You will report directly to our META Region Director of Customer Experience, and you’ll work out of our Istanbul, Türkiye location on a Semi-Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact improved customer satisfaction, increased revenue, stronger cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-centric culture, all contributing to the long-term success and growth of the organization.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 8-10 years of proven experience in customer experience program management or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design/drafting tools.
- Proven experience in fire suppression system design, including the use of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering design software.
- Strong knowledge/familiarity with international standards (NFPA, FM, UL, EN, IEC, ATEX – as applicable).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
WE VALUE
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Data Centers , industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in Suppression systems Certification tests is a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Training
- Deliver Deep technical training on Fire Suppression Design and installation
- Execute and manage customer experience program management and initiatives & conduct frequent customer visits for top META accounts.
- Develop and implement customer-centric programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Responsible for NPS/Survey/VoC improvements.
Design Support
- Interpret client requirements, building codes, and relevant fire safety standards to develop compliant, cost-effective, and robust fire suppression solutions.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors throughout the design and project lifecycle to ensure alignment, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Prepare detailed architecture and bill of materials for Fire & Gas systems, including: HFC227ea, Fk5112, IG and CO2 systems.
- Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals for bids and tenders.
Application Engineering
- Conduct product demonstrations, Po Cs, presentations, and technical consultation
- Obtain vendor quotations and evaluate technical and commercial compliance.
- Support project managers and installation teams by providing engineering input during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Develop Products with enhancements and new product developments to increase product specifications and Quality.

- Conduct technical reviews, design risk assessments, and site visits to resolve technical queries and verify installation quality as per design intent.
