Drive efficient and effective deployment of AI-enabled Dev Sec Ops solution to improve Honeywell business results. You will own the implementation and be the key liaison between business and IT teams to validate customer requirements and solution for deployment of ALM and CICD platforms. You will drive architecture and solution design, and partner with business leaders as a Technical SME for SaaS based solutions and Agent Development Frameworks.

YOU MUST HAVE

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Dev Sec Ops toolchain implementation
• Knowledge of Solution and Enterprise Architecture principles
• Experience with multiple AI LLMs
• Experience with automation leveraging custom scripting
• Strong Analytical Skills and able to provide quick solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide architecture design and solutions on integrating Dev Sec Ops tools from requirements to release.
• Enable architectural reviews and solution reviews with enterprise architecture and Security teams.
• Enable effective infrastructure setup and consumption-based models to optimize running costs
• Enable AI-assisted SDLC with implementation of AI capabilities across the CICD stack.
• Implementation of the tools in accordance with Responsible AI, Security and Enterprise Architecture guidelines Develop scripts to upload\Configure Master data.
• Implement robust mechanism to measure platform effectiveness in terms of Adoption, Utilization and Tangible Outcomes
