The Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Business Analyst provides strategic leadership and exposure to implementing and optimizing Finance and Controlling processes within an SAP S/4HANA environment. This role is responsible for delivering scalable finance solutions that support financial close, reporting, fixed assets, general accounting, intercompany, projects, revenue recognition, and margin analysis.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of SAP Finance FI and CO end user experience
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance and Controlling processes
• Experience working in global organizations with multi-country requirements
• Skilled in troubleshooting, testing support, and resolving process issues
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams
