Assembles a variety of precision machine components consisting of industrial pumps, gearboxes, blowers and compressors Must be able to build and test all machines sold as part of Sundyne’s Sunflo portfolio of products.Executes all set up and unit testing. Monitors, calculates and records test data per established engineering, customer and quality specifications. Must verify the calibration of all test equipment.Must interface with engineering and customers, including 3rd party inspectors.Perform all required machine TPM on unit test stands.Utilizes safe working habits so as not to endanger self, others, equipment or property.Maintains work areas in a neat and orderly manner to minimize unsafe conditions and maximize efficiency.Strives to maintain high personal productivity level and performs other related duties as assigned, as well as training other employees when necessary.Be willing to work necessary OT to meet shipping and customer deadlines.
