QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics engineering or related fields.
  • 3+ years’ experience in quality Engineering.
  • Experience with NPI/NPD quality engineering and design controls
  • Experience with risk management and proficient in office software, Minitab and quality control tools such as Process Map, QFD, DFX, DFMEAs, PFMEAs, Control Plan, 8D/RCCA, MSA, SPC, etc.
  • Experience with design transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
  • Strong risk awareness and improvement awareness, proficient in quality tools and their application.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to deeply analyze data, draw conclusions and provide improvement suggestions.
  • Good communication skills, teamwork spirit and overall perspective; capable of handling emergencies.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Good English listening and speaking skills, proficient in written English. English certificate CET-4 or above.

Desired (but not mandatory)

  • Participation in NPI/Design quality-related training is preferred.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt (GB) or above certification is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participating in the NPI project whole process, supervising the quality of the design and development process, and coordinating the work related to product quality. For non-compliance during the review, CAR is issued to the responsible department to implement corrective measures, and the effectiveness of the measures is verified.
  • Responsible for the review of technical documents for new products/new projects, participates in project reviews, and tracks and manages the zeroing of review legacy issues.
  • Organize and coordinate the quality team to implement the quality planning and control work related to the NPI project, including the assessment of resources in the quality department, new material sample evaluation, change management, Quality Control Criteria, CTQ, Manufacturing Readiness, PFMEA, control plan, process and final inspection quality plan, etc.
  • Clarify the customer requirements for new products and evaluate the after-sales information of previous products. Carry out quality planning for new products in accordance with the CTQ process to ensure that the product design and development process is under control.
  • Develop the PQA test plan, follow up on the test process and results, organize and implement cause analysis for non-conformities and formulate corrective and preventive measures, track and verify the effectiveness of the measures.
  • Supervise special handling processes such as technical changes of new products, emergency release, technical deviation, concession acceptance, etc.
  • Lead the analysis of new product quality issues that occur at customer sites, customer returns and trial production, and formulate and verify solutions.
  • Collect, organize and analyze various data of the NPI new product development project as input for the internal audit of the quality system and management review, and provide opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in the implementation and supervision of the company’s quality management system, take part in internal quality system audits and carry out process improvements to ensure the plant and products meet ISO and certification requirements.
  • Undertake temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
