You will report directly to our Director of Flight Operations and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and safety of our flight operations, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with the highest standards of aviation safety and operational excellence.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 6+ years of experience in flight operations or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and industry best practices.

  • Proficiency in flight scheduling and resource management tools.

  • Experience in data analysis and decision-making processes in flight operations.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full billing cycle: review, verify, and process invoices from FBO’s, fuel vendors, handling agents, and maintenance providers.

  • Track and report departmental expenses against annual budget

  • Manage vendor accounts (fuel, catering, handling, training) and negotiate service agreements

  • Resolve billing discrepancies with vendors promptly

  • Coordinate and manage flight operations activities, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.

  • Monitor and analyze flight data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with flight crews, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to optimize flight schedules and resource allocation.
