As a Sr Supply Planner here at Honeywell, you will have significant authority in Strategic Planning, work cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement. You will enable business value and productivity by leading planning strategy and driving execution across your team.

In this role, you will impact the business by building and leading a high-producing team of Supply Planners across the Site/Network by communicating the vision and driving the strategy for Supply Planning. Your initiatives in developing and implementing advanced supply chain strategies will not only ensure seamless alignment with customer demand but will also contribute significantly to heightened customer satisfaction and sustained business growth. As a mentor and strategic guide to the supply planning team, your leadership will cultivate a culture of excellence, ensuring the team's proficiency and adaptability to industry advancements. YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or related supply chain functions.
  • Strong knowledge of supply planning tools such as Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP APO, or Forecast Pro to manage and optimize inventory and supply plans.
  • Proficiency in analyzing supply chain data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and advanced planning software to support supply chain operations.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with SAP ERP systems and Kinaxis/Rapid Response supply and inventory planning tools.
  • APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the end-to-end supply planning process to ensure inventory levels meet customer demand and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including demand planning, manufacturing, and procurement to develop and execute supply plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and improve key performance indicators.
