We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Puchong office. You will be responsible in managing full project execution and lead a project team. You will also be coordinating with engineering, procurement and the service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients, EPC contractors and end users

• Prepare project schedule and monitor progress

• Participate in site meetings and progress reviews

• To lead projects from preliminary engineering, detail design, FAT, site installation, SAT and plant startup/ commissioning activities.

• Manage variation orders

• Review engineering drawings, specifications and technical documents

• Ensure proper documentation (as-built drawings, test reports, manuals)

• Provide technical support to clients and serve as customer contact for project/ service related issues.

• Identify technical issues and assist in developing solutions

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electric/ Electronic/ Instrumentation/ Automation Control.

• 6 years’ or above related work experience in oil and gas preferred

• Strong technical knowledge and work experience in DCS/ SGS system.

• Strong project execution and planning skills.

• Ability to lead a project team as Lead Engineer.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to read and review technical drawings

• Technical troubleshooting capabilities

• Technical and safety certifications in oil and gas will be an added advantage

• Work experience on offshore platforms.

• Knowledge of other skillsets such as Scada, PLCs, Safety/FGS systems, Cybersecurity, Networking, Virtualization platform would be benefit.
