Within a dynamic and collaborative PMO, you will align projects with strategic business objectives, contributing to the successful delivery of the SAP S/4 Transformation journey. Your responsibilities include ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet established quality standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to engage with cross-functional teams and leverage your project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 6+ years of experience in IT project management
  • Proven experience in program management with strong skills in prioritization and communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to set up and coordinate workshops effectively.
  • Experience generating KPIs and reports, with a track record of escalating and resolving issues.
  • Technical or process background relevant to program operations.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Domain knowledge and business process expertise in large diversified multinational companies
  • Experience with MS Office (especially advance level in Excel), MS Project, PPT etc.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and operational governance.

  • Ability to foster good relationships, ability to prioritize, influence and work collaboratively with cross-functional global teams.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives.
  • A passion for staying current with emerging industry trends and best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Resource Management: Oversee allocation and utilization of resources to optimize program outcomes.
  • Workshop Coordination: Plan, facilitate, and manage workshops, ensuring all logistics are smoothly executed.
  • RAID Management: Identify, document, and mitigate risks, issues, and actions, ensuring timely escalations when necessary.
  • KPI Generation: Create and maintain key performance indicators and reports to monitor program progress and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively.

Occasional travel may be required up to 10 %.
