Finance Analyst

Qualification:

Commerce graduate with 3 to 7 years of experience; MCom / MBA / Inter-CA in commercial or finance domains.

Strong knowledge on tax and transfer pricing regulations.

Hands on practical experience on SAP and MS Excel is a must.

Job Profile : Finance Analyst

Job Description:

This role is primarily responsible for:

• FP&A (AOP, forecasting, etc.) activities of Global Business Operations (GBO) operating under HIIPL entity

• GES Finance month close activities - checklist, expense accrual journals, Flex timesheet/Headcount analysis & T&L reclass, passback journals for GES Finance

• Coordination with statutory and internal auditors

• Consolidation of BU Financials & review deck preparation for management

• End-to-end commercial activities : Review of costs booked at cost center / project level, transfer pricing margin to be maintained and implications, coordination with Business and Finance leaders, raising commercial invoices, billing master sheet update, reconciliation with GR/IR for receipts, etc.

• Performing netting procedures and share inputs to cash application team for HIIPL

• Follow up and Accounting of WHT certificates

• P&L review, AOP load

• Able to take initiative in getting the problems resolved with support from Commercial resources.

• Close coordination with Controllership & Tax team on transfer pricing queries and WHT reconciliation.

• Identify opportunities to automate / digitize manual MIS workpapers on revenue, o/s receivables, etc.
