This position will be deploying, validation and monitoring the labor, machines, and setup times in the SAP system. This position will be able to work directly with the Manufacturing engineering and finance organizations to keep the labor, machines and setup times in the proper work centers and maintain this information accurate in the SAP system.

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position or 5 years of experience in areas related to Industrial Manufacturing engineering of electronic and mechanical products.
• SAP expert or strong knowledge in Routines or work centers, product cost, absorption, and ECNs management in MRP systems (SAP)
• English 90%.
• Lean Expert or Six Sigma Knowledge
• ISO 9000
• Technical knowledge of electronic or mechanical products.
• Project Management + 3 years of experience

• Lead the strategy to set the labor and machines times in SAP across BA sites.
• Couching or training the ME engineers in the factories to take labor and machine times according to the global manufacturing routines and work centers process.
• Establish strong communications and follow up meetings with Manufacturing engineering, Finance leaders, and Plant managers
• .Auditing labor, machines, and setup times in SAP for each factory
• Participate in Insourcing of products projects to track correct labor and machine times in SAP. Ensure the time studies will be set through ECNs.
• Participate in Yamazum’s or changes in the process to track the correct labor and machine times in SAP. Ensure the time studies (labor, machine, setup) will be set trough ECNs.
• Participate in NPI’s track the correct labor and machine times in SAP. Ensure the time studies will be set through ECNs.
• Keep the times and studies updated in the ERP system to reflect the correct direct labor cost. Ensure the labor will be updated every time the process / steps change.
• Ensure Routines process will be in the ISO systems for each site and in the proper language .
• Serves as a link to verify the times / routines are setting properly in the ECN;s. Part of the CCB’s into the ECN’s and verifies their correct implementation.(SAP Fire – Team Center)
• Responsible to update the Work centers and Routines global procedures in case is need it.
• Participate in the Implementation of new SAP versions to identify if the Routines and work center will change
• Maintains direct communication with Finance and Engineering teams in case of any discrepancy with the new routines and work center are implemented or actions that are not resolved properly or on time.
