We have an opportunity for SrIT Analyst to join the Microsoft Unified Collaboration and Communications team at Honeywell in Bucharest, Romania. In this role you will:

  • Provide support in delivering business value through effective incident and problem management
  • Help deliver fit for purpose ITSM processes and support enterprise adoption provide reliable information and data to enable management decision making throughout the service lifecycle
  • Support proactive problem identification and ensure the return of IT Service to users as quickly as possible to minimize disruption to business.

You will be responsible for supporting the applications that are a part of your service (Microsoft Unified Collaboration and Communications) with an end-to-end accountability. This includes but is not limited to Solution Rollout, Feature Enhancements, Automation, Operations and Maintenance of Infrastructure and App integrations, as well as Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice Planning/ Designing / Solutioning / Deployment / Migrations. You will also manage Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business 2015/2019 and Microsoft UC Solutions (On-Prem and Online), Cisco Routers using as Session Border Controller (SBC), Cisco VG3XX configuration, Audio Codes MP, Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business Enterprise Voice infrastructure (Local/Centralized Voice Circuits, SBAs & SBCs, UC Devices and Endpoints (Fax, IP Phones, Paging Systems, PBXs, Voice Gateways, Cisco Call Manager etc.) and Build and Transform Microsoft UC Solutions (Teams, M365, SFB) for Global Customer, Communication to Business/Site-Lead/Local IT/Vendors/Suppliers.

  • Automation/Integration between Teams and Business Apps
  • Deployment/Migration Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice
  • Documentation and Reporting, Creation of Dashboards
  • Ensure UC Enterprise Voice Deployment/Migration processes are fit for purpose
  • Automation Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice Deployment/Migration Activities
  • Troubleshooting P1 issues and Root Cause Analysis, Participate in audits

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

IT Service Management experience:

  • Experience in Unified Communications and Collaboration
  • 7+ Years’ Experience Microsoft Teams/Skype for Business/Legacy Enterprise Voice
  • M365/Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice/SFB Enterprise Voice/Legacy Voice (Avaya PBX) Deployment/Administration/Automation/Migrations
  • Excellent understanding of Number Porting, Different solutions (Microsoft Calling Plan, Microsoft Teams DR (Local/Centralized SIP Trunk), Operator Connect, SBCaaS, Migration from Skype for Business/Legacy Voice (PBX) to Microsoft Teams, Create and Implement Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice Infra, Dial-Plan, Voice Policies, a good understanding about Cisco Voice Routers, Audio Codes MP and Cisco Voice Gateways.
  • Good understanding of Windows Server 2012/2016, AD, MFA, VMware, DHCP, DNS, Networking, excellent understanding about IT Infrastructure, High Availability and Disaster Recovery, Federation, Monitoring, Reporting, M365 Admin Portal
