As a Disputes Professional here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to manage and oversee our disputes team, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of customer disputes. By developing and implementing strategies to minimize disputes and improve customer satisfaction, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our relationships with clients.

In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, and maintain strong business relationships. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the success and growth of Honeywell. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum of 0 years of experience in dispute resolution or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Analyze dispute trends and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify root causes of disputes and implement preventive measures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
