About the role
Honeywell is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
You will play a critical role in building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs and Honeywell’s value proposition.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong expertise in solution and product sales, including **Building Management Systems (BMS)**and fire safety solutions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term customer relationships
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management and deal closure
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the primary contact for all client interactions
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and challenges
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized, value-driven solutions
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
