Description:
- Driving top-line and bottom-line growth through the preparation of sound financial modeling and business partnering with pursuit team for APAC ATR and BGA business profile.
- Contributing to the development of the business cases, value propositions, competitive assessments, risk mitigation and negotiation strategies in support of customer business proposals.
- Developing value-based pricing capabilities.
- Preparing sound business recommendations that are properly balanced between the optimization of Honeywell profitability and the creation of customer value.
- Providing negotiation support to business team.
- Driving pricing functional excellence (productivity, margin expansion, consistent methodologies and skillsets development) through the implementation of continuous improvements utilizing six sigma plus tools and training.
- Developing positive working relationships with the other functions supporting the business growth.
Qualification: - Pursuing a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a Business-related discipline.
- Superior analytical skills and strong capabilities in Microsoft software suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work with and create complex financial models.
- Must be highly motivated, goal and results oriented.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships through teamwork and influencing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral English.
- Ability to integrate pricing tactics with the broader product marketing strategies.
