In this role, you will play a crucial role in the company's success by ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

You will report directly to our CTO Connected HPS & Cyber and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.8 or more years of experience in engineering program management.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S.

Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.WE VALUEMaster’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

Drive process improvements and standardization across the engineering program management function.
