Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) is a global leader in smart building solutions. We are seeking an OT Applications Engineer to join our team and drive the design, implementation, and support of Operational Technology (OT), Enterprise Applications, and Connected Services across our Service Line of Business.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, ensuring alignment with global standards and delivering innovative solutions that enhance building connectivity, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, engineering, configuration, implementation, and commissioning of Honeywell OT, Enterprise Applications, and Digital Services.

• Act as the regional subject matter expert (SME) for OT and digital solutions.

• Collaborate with ICT and Cybersecurity teams to ensure secure and compliant deployments.

• Drive standardization and best practices across projects to reduce risk and improve delivery efficiency.

• Provide technical direction, training, and support to field service teams.

• Engage with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

• Support sales teams with technical input and solution design.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of OT and enterprise applications.

• Strong understanding of OT systems & applications’ integrations and industry protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC, SNMP, API). Honeywell Product knowledge is a PLUS.

• Knowledge of ICT/Cybersecurity fundamentals and IP networking.

• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to develop innovative solutions.

• Exposure to BMS or Security systems
