About the role

As a Lead HR Services Administrator (German) at Honeywell, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services and ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing employee data, optimizing HR processes, and supporting compliance with company policies.

In this position, you will directly contribute to enhancing the employee experience and enabling business success through efficient and effective HR service delivery.

This is hybrid work 3+2! (3 days from office + 2 days from home).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services to employees and stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain employee data and HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Optimize and improve HR systems, tools, and processes
  • Drive continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within HR operations
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored HR solutions
  • Support compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights to improve performance and decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with focus on HR operations or service delivery

  • German & English language skills: minimum B2 level required

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and best practices

  • Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) and managing employee data

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
