The Lead Project Administrator is responsible for the coordination of all maintenance and operational activities across Fiona Stanley Hospital. As the central point of contact, the position oversees the scheduling, supervision, and follow‑up of reactive, planned, and subcontracted works. This role is integral to maintaining high service standards, supporting operational effectiveness, and ensuring the seamless delivery of contract requirements.
- 5+ years in a financial administration role
- Site coordination and financial experience is essential
- Proven administration skills
- Demonstrated experience with MS suite
- Excellent time management and communication skills

- Provide comprehensive financial support to the WA & NT teams including purchase order management, forecasting, financial reporting
- Ensure full compliance with all contract deliverables
- Coordinate and oversee quoted works and act as a liaison between customers, sub contractors and operational teams
- Manage timely invoicing for contracts and subcontractors
- Support procurement activities including sourcing, raising purchase requests and coordinating with suppliers
