We are seeking a **SAP S/4 Technical Resource **to drive high-quality technical design, development governance, and clean-core enablement across multi-wave S/4 deployments. This role will provide hands-on ABAP leadership while governing RICEFW development, system enhancements, and integration patterns—including integration with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) portals.
This is a senior technical role combining architecture oversight, development excellence, and transformation delivery discipline.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8–12+ years SAP technical development experience.
- 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations (minimum 1 S/4HANA).
- Experience leading offshore or distributed development teams.
Required Expertise
- Advanced ABAP (OO ABAP, CDS, enhancements).
- Deep RICEFW lifecycle experience.
- Strong expertise in User Exits, BADIs, and enhancement frameworks.
- Experience designing integration services (OData, APIs, IDocs).
- Experience integrating SAP with AEM or similar customer portals.
- Strong understanding of S/4 clean-core extensibility strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Aerospace & Defense or highly regulated industry experience.
- Experience in carve-outs or large enterprise transformations.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP extension strategy.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
- Knowledge of transport management and ChaRM.

- Lead SAP S/4 technical design and development standards.
- Enforce clean-core principles and minimize custom object footprint.
- Establish reusable development frameworks and naming conventions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Honeywell development standards.
- Partner with Functional and Integration teams to ensure scalable and performant solutions.
