Your ability to shape and implement best practices, foster innovation, and ensure operational efficiency will be crucial in driving the success of our sales organization.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years’ experience in Sales/Commercial, Sales Operations and/or Marketing Leadership
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving sales excellence
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams

THE BUSINESS UNIT
Honeywell Building Automation (BA) is a leading global provider of products, software, solutions, and technologies that enable building owners and occupants to ensure their facilities are safe, energy efficient, sustainable, and productive. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and drive the Sales Excellence strategy and initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Manage and optimize sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics
- Develop and implement a rigorous sales operating cadence and playbook on all the critical sales processes, including strategy deployment, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and technology enablers.
