You will report directly to our General Manger for Hospitality, and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, Georgia location on a hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 8 or more years of experience in engineering leadership roles, specifically within the hospitality or adjacent verticals or within Building Automation industry.

• Strong technical expertise in engineering disciplines relevant to hospitality or commercial real estate solutions.

• Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery in the hospitality sector.

• Experience with engineering best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements specific to hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the engineering function within the hospitality vertical encompassing Building Automation to accelerate growth globally.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects tailored to hospitality solutions at BA level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve business objectives in the hospitality sector.
• Drive speed to the execution and accelerate the integrations required to win hospitality projects globally.
