As a Technical Facility Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading onsite Facilities Management operations, ensuring contractual delivery, statutory compliance, and optimal asset and engineering performance across the Queensland Cultural Centre. It drives customer engagement, integrates digital and asset activities with FM operations, and provides robust financial, HSE, and performance reporting with clear risk and outlier analysis. The position requires a strong engineering background, provides general operational oversight to ensure technical initiatives align with day‑to‑day FM delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the onsite FM (Facility Management) team, delivering on contract responsibilities

  • Drive customer engagement relating to technical and operational impacts

  • Ensure alignment of asset/digital activities with contracted FM operational delivery

  • Responsible for Internal financial and HSE reporting, and external monthly performance reports including detailed analysis of outliers

  • Report on engineering risks, asset performance, data quality and digital integration outcomes.

  • Ensure statutory and essential services compliance.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or similar)

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management

  • Technical or engineering background in building services, asset management or systems engineering

  • Strong understanding of mechanical or electrical services

  • Experienced in leading and driving a team with work order management systems

  • Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

  • Experience delivering operational FM environments

  • Effective interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships between project stakeholders and Honeywell’s delivery team

  • Strategic thinker and good problem-solving skills

  • Good financial acumen and can champion change management
