We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in Building Management Systems (BMS) to lead and deliver complex projects from design through commissioning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in BMS design, implementation, and commissioning, with advanced knowledge of BMS platforms such as Niagara N4 or CPO Studio.
This position is Remote based in Finaland

Responsibilities:
Electronic BMS systems engineering, implementation and documentation. Identification of customer needs and translating these into workable solutions
Produce Hardware BMS Design deliverables from specification and construction drawings. Support Project Manager with planning / scheduling and quality assurance
Develop detailed BMS designs, control strategies, and integration plans for HVAC. Project performance and technical execution
Risk/opportunity development and management.
Generate BMS Database and required documentation:
Generate Schematics for BMS Panels and other controls diagrams where appropriate. Sales Assistance and support of project estimates
Oversee and execute commissioning activities to meet performance and compliance standards. Coordination/Supervision activities when engaging with engineering support team
You Must Have:
Engineering degree or considerable experience within an Electrical/Electronic field
BMS / HVAC engineering experience. Expertise in electronic BMS systems (hardware and software)
Proficiency in using CPO Studio or/and N4 for control logic development and configuration
Good understanding of IT infrastructure and how remote systems interconnect. Demonstrates a pro-active approach, displaying a ‘can-do' attitude. Be organised, logical and achieve agreed delivery deadlines.
Expertise with Control Panels design and/or Motor Control Centres design. A solid understanding of high-end BMS applications. Proactive/self learner of new products and applications
Ability to find solutions to complex problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions.
