As a **Installation COE Leader (Asia)**at Honeywell, you will be developing subcontractor strategies, improving cost competitiveness, driving performance, and supporting early-stage bid and estimation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing and management for regional subcontractors.

  • Expand and maintain a strong, reliable supplier base.

  • Build relationships with contractors across the Rest of Asia (ROA).

  • Ensure subcontractors meet Honeywell standards.

  • Partner with Proposal & Estimation teams for high-quality inputs.

  • Validate estimates and identify risks.

  • Support competitive bid strategies.

  • Lead negotiations including rate-card development.

  • Standardize subcontract templates and processes.

  • Ensure compliance with local and regional laws (ASEAN / APAC) and Honeywell policies.

  • Develop and deploy KPIs.

  • Establish preferred subcontractor programs.

  • Support capability-building initiatives.

  • Improve bid package development processes.

  • Drive adoption of procurement tools.

  • Support cost model and should-cost tools.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

  • 5–8+ years subcontracting experience in EPC or construction environments.

  • Strong background in low-voltage electrical trades.

  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.

  • Experience in multicultural environments.
