As a Payroll Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for processing Time and Attendance transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. You will handle Time and Attendance -related inquiries, maintain Time and Attendance records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. This role is critical in supporting the Time and Attendance team and contributing to the overall efficiency of payroll operations.
In this role, you will impact Honeywell by ensuring accurate Time and Attendance processing, enhancing employee satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with payroll regulations.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 1+ year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Time and Attendance software and systems
- Strong knowledge of Time and Attendance processes and regulations
- English Advanced

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with Time and Attendance processing in a large organization
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in the processing of Time and Attendance, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements
- Support the Time and Attendance l Manager in ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, and benefits to employees
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with Time and Attendance laws and regulations
- Address employee inquiries related to Time and Attendance and resolve any discrepancies
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Time and Attendance operations
