Lead R&O Maint Technician at Honeywell

In this role, you will impact the operational readiness and reliability of critical equipment, contributing directly to the overall performance and safety of Honeywell’s manufacturing or operational environment.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Proven experience in repair and overhaul maintenance activities.
• Strong technical knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment diagnostics.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians effectively.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards relevant to maintenance operations.
• Experience with maintenance management systems and tools.

WE VALUE

• Associate degree or technical certification in a relevant field such as Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance roles with increasing responsibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under pressure.
• Knowledge of lean maintenance practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Lead and coordinate repair and overhaul maintenance activities for equipment and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance technicians to ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and workflow to optimize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
