Sr. IT Engineer

You will report directly to our Director, IT and you’ll work out of our Madurai, India location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of advanced AI automation solutions, enhancing our operational capabilities and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering with a focus on DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, along with experience in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
• 5+ Service Now development Experience
